ISRO Upcoming Mission 2022-28

Indian Space Agency ISRO is not taking the name of stopping now after its success. After the Mangalyaan and Chandrayaan missions, the world keeps an eye on ISRO's every move.  In 2021, ISRO has stopped many missions due to Corona virus, but within the coming 2 to 3 years, ISRO will again make the whole world proud of its skills in front of the people.

Isro Future Mission

Hello friends, welcome to our website teachersadda247.info, in this post we will talk about the upcoming mission of ISRO, from where questions are constantly asked in competitive exams.  If you like this post, then you must bookmark Teachersadda and you can connect with us on social media Facebook page Twitter and Telegram.

 ISRO Future Mission 2022-25

Some of the future missions of ISRO are as follows -

1. Aditya L-1 Solar Mission

In this mission, ISRO will launch a satellite that will study the Sun and find out about its hidden mystery.  ISRO's plan is that the space between the Earth and the Sun.  There are some Lagrange Points where the satellite should be installed because there is not much gravity in the Lagrange Point, which neither the Sun nor the Earth's gravity can pull the satellite towards itself.  So at that point the satellite can do its job comfortably.

It is not that India will become the first country to launch this mission, before that NASA and the European Space Agency have also done such a test.  But he could not be completely successful, so the sun remains a mystery for us.

Objective of Aditya L-1 Solar Mission

The purpose of Aditya Solar Mission will be to observe and collect data about the corona and chromosphere, as well as to know about the solar stock.  In the past few years, there has been a lot of movement in the Sun.  Scientists believe that there should not be much movement in the Sun because if there is movement in the Sun, then it will have a negative effect on the entire solar system.

Perhaps you do not know that the sun is hotter outside, whose temperature is around 6000 degree centigrade and the temperature inside the sun is 15000'000 degree centigrade.  Why this is so is still a mystery.  So to solve all such mysteries and to know more about the Sun, ISRO will launch Aditya L-1 Solar Mission in 2022.

This will be a big challenge in front of ISRO, because we know about the gravitational force of the Earth but nothing is known about the gravitational force of the Sun.  So let's hope that ISRO is successful in its mission and we get to know something new about the Sun.

 2. Gaganyaan Mission

Gaganyaan mission is an ambitious mission of India in which three Indians are to be sent for a 7-day journey in space.  By the way, the Indians who will go to space have been named Vyomanauts.  For example, Americans who go to space are named Astronauts.  The Russians who go to space are called Cosmonauts.  By the way, three people from India will go to space, their name will be Vyomanauts.  The Indian Vyomanauts who will go to space for 7 days.  For the selection of Vyomanauts, the Indian Air Force has selected 10 pilots, out of which three bio notes will be taken.

The Gaganyaan mission is divided into three parts.  It will first have two unmanned missions which will be done in 2022.  After that the Man Mission will take place in 2023.

Cost of Gaganyaan Mission

Gaganyaan mission was announced by our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji on 15th August 2018 on the occasion of Independence Day from Red Fort.  10000 crores will be spent in this mission.  It was approved in 2018.  By the way, the cast of ISRO's Gaganyaan is only 10% of the human space mission of the rest of the space agency.

Let me tell you one thing or else that ISRO did not call it a man mission because it is possible that out of 10 candidates, women can also be selected, so this mission has been named Human Space Slide and if ISRO completes this Gaganyaan mission.  If successful in this way, then India will become the fourth country in the world, which has sent humans into space, which will be a great achievement.

3. Reusable Launch Vehicle Mission

ISRO launched the Reusable Launch Vehicle program in 2016.  The aim is to reduce the cost of launch by reusing the spacecraft.  So far the reusable launch vehicle has been tested only on water.  Now it will be tested on the ground for the first time.  The Reusable Launch Vehicle will act as a space station.

Reusable Launch Vehicle Mission
RLV MISSION

It will return to Earth after delivering the payload satellite in space.  It will be able to land on the ground like a normal aircraft.  ISRO scientists believe that the RLV rocket can prove to be very effective in reducing the cost of settling the satellite in orbit.  According to scientists, the cost of rocket sending to space with the technology of RLV will be reduced to US $ 2000 / KG, so to get this technology, ISRO has divided it into 4 parts, the first part has been tested in 2016.  Testing of the second part was planned in 2020, but due to the pandemic, this mission has been postponed.  The second part may be tested at the end of 2022.

4. Chandrayaan- 3 Mission

Chandrayaan was launched by ISRO in 2008.  Chandrayaan had discovered ice water on the Moon and ISRO became the first space agency to do so.  After this success, ISRO wanted to search the moon once again, after 11 years in September 2019, Chandrayaan 2 mission was launched.  The chandrayaan-2 mission was a robotic rover mission that would land on the south pole of the Moon and explore there, but it could not be completely successful because its lander Vikram was supposed to have a soft landing but that soft landing could not be done.  ISRO scientists say that it crashed due to the hard landing of lander Vikram.

ISRO did not give up due to this and started from there the mission of Chandrayaan 3, which is still working properly on the moon, the orbital of Chandrayaan-2, which is giving pictures of the moon to ISRO from all four directions. Now ISRO needs a lander and a rover in Chandrayaan Mission 3. Whoever lands on the moon correctly, this mission can be launched by the end of 2022.

5. Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV)

ISRO has now launched a new launch vehicle named SSLV (Small Satellite Launch Vehicle).  ISRO is working on this SSLV project.  In the year 2018, the design of SSLV was prepared at Vikram Sarabhai Space Center and in 2019 it was passed by the government.  For this, the government gave about ₹ 1200000000 to ISRO for this project.

ISRO currently has 2 Satellite Launch Vehicles, GSLV and PSLV.  GSLV is used to launch heavy satellites and PSLV is used by ISRO to launch low and medium weight satellites.  ISRO wants to make a new launch vehicle to launch low-rated satellites that can launch satellites up to 500 kg.  Only 10% of the cost that it takes to launch PSLV will be used to launch from SSLV.।

Advantages of SSLV

  • With this, the cost of launching a low-weight satellite will be reduced and time will also be saved.
  • Another advantage is that not many people will be required to setup it.
  •  It can be launched from any office by computer.
  • The SSLV has been designed in such a way that there will be no need for Mission Control Center.
  • ISRO will dominate the entire space market in a way with the help of SSLV.

In today's time there are many countries which do not have launch vehicle and do not even have that much money to launch satellite.  So with the help of SLV, ISRO will be able to solve the problem of all those countries and not only that it will set a competitive rate ISRO world wide with the help of SLV.  Due to which companies from all over the world will get their satellites launched from ISRO because ISRO will launch this satellite at a very low cost.

6. Shukrayaan Mission

Just as ISRO had successfully completed Chandrayaan and Mangalyaan missions in the first attempt, ISRO is working on the Shukrayaan mission based on the same experience.  ISRO will send an orbit to the planet Venus, which will study the surface and atmosphere of the planet Venus.  Venus is very close to the Sun, due to which its atmosphere is very hot, so to know about the atmosphere of Venus, we will know more about the solar radiation of the Sun. The launch date of Shukrayaan mission has been kept 2024.

7.  Mangalyaan-2 Mission

After the success of Mangalyaan mission, now ISRO is preparing for Mangalyaan-2 mission.  Mangalyaan was an orbiter mission, Mangalyaan-2 will also be an orbiter mission.  This mission will be launched in 2024.  That's why ISRO is taking so much time in Mangalyaan 2.  Because before Mangalyaan-2 mission, ISRO is working to successfully launch Chandrayaan 3 which is a rover mission.  If the chandrayaan-3 mission becomes successful, then with the experience of chandrayaan-3 mission, ISRO can also add a rover to the Mangalyaan 2 mission, which will land on Mars and collect information from it.

8. Lunar Polar Exploration Mission

It is a joint mission of India's ISRO and Japan's space agency JAXA.  In this mission, the space agency of India and Japan will send the lander and rover to the South Pole of the Moon.  Right now this mission is not fully planned because India is already working on chandrayaan-3, if India's Chandrayaan 3 mission is successful then this mission will be planned after that.  In this mission, India has to make a lander and give it to Japan, with the help of which the Japanese space agency will be able to land the robot on the South Pole of the Moon.  The date of this mission has been kept as 2024.

9. NISAR MISSION

The Indian Space Research Organization and the American Space Agency NASA are going to launch a satellite worth $1-5 million together in the year 2022.  This NASA satellite will be equipped with a special SWAD capability radar SAR.

NISAR MISSION

NISAR MISSION

Nisar will be able to track volcanoes on the Earth's surface, melting of icy rocks and changes in sea level and changes in the condition of trees and forests around the world.  The resolution radar installed in the satellite will be able to see through clouds and dense forests.  Apart from this, rain or sunshine, any changes can be tracked, Nisar satellite will scan the entire earth in 12 days.  It will be able to detect every single movement.

10. ISRO's other missions (GSAT, RISAT Etc.)

Apart from all these missions, ISRO is working on upgrading GSAT Communication Satellite which ISRO is trying to improve further and ISRO is working on upgrading RISAT.  RISAT is an Earth Observation satellite.  Which can take accurate photos of the earth.  By which the Indian government and the Indian military will give a lot of information about what is happening where RISAT is also called spy satellite of India because its primary purpose is to keep an eye on the border.  Along with this, ISRO is also working on a patrolling satellite.
